Billing FAQs
Monthly Tracked Users are distinct users who enter an Onvert flow in a given month — shared across all apps on the account. Over the soft cap, dashboard publish and experiment actions are limited; the live SDK never breaks. There is no silent MTU overage billing.
Yes. You keep access until the end of the billing cycle you’ve already paid for, then you’re not charged again. Failed payments get a 10-day grace period before SDK access is revoked.
No. Onvert is the pre-paywall funnel and paywall UX layer. Purchases still complete through StoreKit, Google Play, or your existing stack (for example RevenueCat).
Each plan includes a monthly budget (Free 30, Pro 350, Growth 1,200, Enterprise unlimited). Included credits do not roll over. On Pro, Growth, and Enterprise, you can buy AI credit top-ups once your included usage is used. Free gets included credits only — when they run out, upgrade to keep using AI.
A fork is an alternative path off your live flow — full-journey or mid-flow (for example, starting from testimonials). Your main flow is always included; the plan limit is how many forks you can run per app.
Dashboard analytics are included on every plan. The Analytics API (Growth and Enterprise) lets you pull funnel stats into your own systems.
